If you follow our posts on Twitter, you'll spot that we take in a significant number of Italy's finest at our car storage facility in Silverstone. And that's great, because we adore Ferraris.
As you'd expect, we have all manner of other cars and bikes joining the Fezzas, but with SCRCS proving such a popular venue for the lucky owners of the latter, we thought we'd show you what happens when one enters our world for a period of ultra-safe keeping.
Say hello to a stunning Ferrari 458 Spyder, which joined us in January:
It'll leave most supercars of its kind for dead, but for now, it will be enjoying a long, peaceful and entirely safe hibernation with us (even if it does have just 1,900 miles on the clock!).
Following collection, we use our dedicated car transporter to take the 458 to our secure facility deep within the Silverstone countryside.
This particular Ferrari has bagged a space on the upper floor, therefore the second stage of its journey begins on the SCRCS car lift:
The 458 gradually and gently makes its way up to the first floor (it's quite a thing to watch):
...until it emerges on the upper floor:
As entrances go, it's rather grand and certainly befitting of a vehicle that will be treated like royalty during its time with SCRCS.
Once on the upper floor, the Ferrari is carefully manoeuvred into the most appropriate space, where it will spend the next few weeks or months:
Once in place, the car is gently trickle-charged and covered in our climate-controlled facility, all as part of the storage service. There really is no better home.
